We have good strategies in place for preparing children for their move up to school. We invite local foundation stage teachers to visit and we often make visits to the schools for some lovely events.

We are a small team of twelve experienced early years educators.
The manager has Master Degree in Education, SEN & Inclusion, and BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Education.
The Deputy Manager has BA Honours Degree Early childhood Education.
Eight further members of the team are qualified between levels four and two.

All staff have up-to-date paediatric first aid certificates, are DBS approved, have safeguarding and food hygiene certificates. Staff continue their professional development by attending regular training events.
